It has been a long time, so I will try to catch up!  I'm down 53 lbs.  I'm glad, but a little dissapointed.  I hoped  I would of lost more by now, but I know that is not bad for 3 months and 2 weeks.   I still got to work on my water and protein intake.  I drink a protein bullet a day to try and get all my protein in, especially because I got scared with the hair falling out.  Thank God I always HAD a lot of hair, or I might be in trouble now.  It is scary all the hair lost!!  It is my fault though, because I have not kept the protein and vitamins up like I should.  So I'm concentrating on that now.  Still got to learn about eating 3 meals instead of snacking.  Hard to sit and eat 3 meals.  is easier to grab some crackers and low fat cheese.  They go down easier.  Also got to do better on my walking, but my knee has been hurting really bad.  I was hoping it would feel better after getting some weight off, but it seems like is worst.  On a good note, all my clothes are too big!!  A lot of people are telling me is time to go shopping, but I refuse!!  Let me get about another 20 lbs off then I"ll go shopping!!  My nursing scrubs are looking pretty bad!!  I don't want to buy clothes yet!  I went on a cruise last month and behaved my self.  Didn't loose any weight which I couldn't understand since I even exercise every morning!!  And  spend all day at the beach swimming.  Oh well.  Hope to kick in the weight lost again.  Will write more later! 

Hello I'm new to this so bare with me!! It is 2 weeks before my surgery and I'm so excited, although a little scared too! I'm looking so forward to a new me!! ;-) I have been big all my life and tired of it, so I'm doing RNY. I go in the stores now and look at all the little clothes and can't wait to buy some for me!! I can't wait to get into all the sexy little dresses and such!... I'm worried about loosing my hair and the extra skin, does anyone have any sugestions? Any comments about this whole life changing experience is appreciated!
