protein supplements - Has anyone had any luck with Ins paying for protein shakes/supplement. I keep seeing adds for this.  Didn't want to give out information if a scam. 

Pain Meds - How long did it take to get off the pain meds. I'm a week out and still taking every 4-6 he's around the clock should I be able to go longer. Not sure what is normal 

sleep - I AM A Week out from surgery. Was wondering when it's safe to sleep on my stomach. Or my side even my back is killing me
