It's been way too long!

Can't believe it's been almost a year since I've written anything.  I guess time really does fly!  I am ashamed to say I've gained some wait and am working on losing it and getting back on track.  Today I went on the liquid diet to jumpstart my weight loss. I sincerely hope I can do the right thing and get this weight back off.
