OMG!!! -  I put on a pair of size 12 jeans yesterday and they fit perfect!!!!!  I am so excited!  I haven't seen a 12 in 18 years!!!!

Protein shakes -  Ok. I know I just posted about this, but I just took the protein shake slow and it still make me nauseous and yucky feeling. Any clue why this is happening 3 mos out??

Stall broke! -  My stall finally broke this morning and I hit 178!!!!!  Exactly 50 lbs gone forever!!!!  I am so excited!

Protein shake question -  Does anybody else get nauseous if you drink your shake too fast?

Best exercise for.... -  What are the best exercises for the inner thighs and batwings?  I know crunches for the abdomen.....but not sure about the rest.

How much? -  I just had my first meal post op and was able to eat 2 turkey brats. Is that normal?

Question for the ladies -  Does your TOM make you stop losing?  Also, I am 3 weeks out of surgery and one week early. Is that pretty normal?

Beef and pork -  I don't hear people talk much about these two meats. Are they off limits?

Stalled!! - Ok, so I knew the 3 week stall was probably in the cards, but how long does it typically last??  I'm on day 5 of fluctuating between the same 2 pounds!!  ugh!!

Third week -  So I was 2 weeks out last Tuesday which means I am now in my third week......and you guessed it!!  I have stalled!  Nor only stalled but gained a little less than a pound!  So now...

Pics - There are about 6 pics I uploaded to my profile page.  They are all me at my pre op high weight of 228.  I will load new pics in two weeks when I'm a month out.  So far down 17 lbs...
