Hi, 6 months of dieting is not bad. I had to go through a year of dieting but it was well worth all the trips to the Doctors offices. Before you know that 6 months will be gone and behind you and you'll be joining the losers club, smile. Hang in there and remember you have all of us out here. BIG STRONG.

I wish you all the luck with your six month diet. I know its probally frustrating for you but it will go by quickly and before you know it youll be getting ready for your wls.Dont give up youll be fine. God Bless. Lorie

Sierra, wishing you the best on your journey, time will go quickly on your pre-op diet, just remember why you are doing this, your health the #1 reason for WLS. You can do this, stay positive and focused. Best wishes, Dana

Sierra - Wishing you the very best in your wls journey. This time last year I was just finishing up my 6mth supervised diet. I had surgery in May 05 and now at 8mths out I'm at my surgeon's goal. I've lost 124 lbs. Believe me, the time will FLY by!!!!! Keep your chin up. Spend your "waiting time" researching more and more about wls. Get in a good support group, they will carry you through too!!!

WELCOME SIERRA!! I know this will seem like and long and frustrating journey, But believe me it will all be worth it in the end. There are so many wonderful people on this site, waiting and willing, to help you with anything. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT!!!! This place is a blast and we are all here for you.
