"Dr. Mann was very straight forward as far as explaining the possible risks, complications, and of course the benefits; nothing was sugar coated, which is great. His office staff have been very helpful and have answered any and all questions that I have had.
The only thing that I didn't care for is the fact that I didn't actually meet Dr. Mann until after all the pre-op testing, but I guess that's not a huge deal."
