He's very straight forward and got down to business, but took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Everyone associated with his office and Brody School of Medicine have been terfic. They all are pleasant an make the extra effort to ensure that my experience with them was pleasant.rnI would definitely recommend him to anyone having the surgery. Their program does a good job of preparing you before and after surgery.rnTo sum it up Dr. Pender may not be the most talkative, but when it comes to business he's one of the best in my mind."
