great weekend OH coffee group

Hi all......just dropping in to say how wonderful it was to be invited by other OH members to join in on a coffee group in Burnsville MN. I loved it!! how nice to be surrounded by people who understand exactly what you are going through! I am already looking forward to next Sat in Egan. After that I will be back to work and will only be able to attend every second week. I really encourage everyone to try and attend a group like this...such friendly helpful people.I am being more successful in my diet changes,,,thank goodness! Thanks to everybodies suggestions and tips I am having more good days than bad. At my first post op Dr's Appointment I discovered a 24 pound weight loss since since surgery, add that to the 21 I lost before and it makes an impressive number...smiles! I already feel better and clothes are fitting looser.
