Update!!!

Sep 15, 2009

Well things are going good!! I will say it has been a "wild" ride!!! I am pretty much healed, except for one insicion that is just being a pain!!! I have had a few problems, such as my bi-pap machine being too high!!! YEA!!!!!!! I have allready went from a 18/16 pressure down to 14/10!!! Going in for a sleep study soon becasue they think they will be able to get rid of the oxygen now too!!!! I am also off a few medications and my anti-depressant is down from 60mgs to 20mgs!!! I am very frustrated with not being able to drink soda. I get so tired of water!!! The only thing I can really drink other than water is coffee, tea, and light lemonade. I think now that am out about 50 days from surgery I can honestly say that the psychological aspect of this surgery was the hardest! You will be amazed at how much you actually use food for comfort!!!  Over all, I would have to say that this was the best thing to ever happen to me!!! I can't believe the energy I have, the higher self-essteem, and just an overall feeling of healthiness and happiness!! To anyone out there considering the surgery....JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!! You will not be dissappointed!!!
