UpDate On New Diet!!!!

Well let me start by saying i did great on the diet for four day yesterday i ate like crazy and today i ate things that i know i should'nt of but i ate anyways! Im feeling crappy right now because im messing up my processes. I don't know what to do!!! I have to get a weighed on wed. with my pcp for my 6 month diet letter and i have to see my dietician on thursday! Im freaking out!! Sorry for the ranting. i just need to relax and compose myself. Tomorrow is a new day! and THIS IS A WAR I WILL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE,LOST ONE BATTLE BUT THE WAR RAGES ON!   and i will be victorious!!
