"1 g protein, 2.5 g fat, 2 g sugar, 7 g sugar alcohol. While this has virtually no nutritional value other than adding to your liquid intake, it tastes absolutely fabulous. I've never had Chai before and this was a delicious first cup. However, at 60 calories per serving, you definitely to drink this in moderation."

"25 gm protein, 130 calories. Tried it with skim milk. I like the little cookie pieces. I had a half serving sample. It was pretty good but it would have been too sweet to drink a full serving."

"20 gm protein per scoop. The worst iced tea I have ever tasted! The tea is not clear like it shows on the bottle, but muddy like a protein drink that vaguely tastes like iced tea. Tried adding Crystal Lite iced tea and that made it less repulsive, but still not good. I can't recommend it. What were they thinking?!"

"I had a deluxe single room which was bigger than my apartment and it looked like a 5-star hotel room with a beautiful view. I could have had a party in that room. I did get lucky. Not all of the rooms are that big. I did have to wait 2 hours to get a room after getting out of recovery, but it was worth the wait. They give you practically everything you need: toothbrush, toothepaste, mouthwash, lotion, powder, soap, slippers, nice towels and face clothes. There was even a fancy shower in the room. "
