For those who do not know me (which should be just about everyone since I am new to the site) my name is Dan. I am so glad that I FINALLY signed up for OH. In my brief time here, I have already met a number of wonderfully supportive people with a wealth of information to share.Now a little bit about me. I am a 36 year-old married father of two who has battled his weight most of his life. While my weight does not prevent me from leading an active, enjoyable life, I am not happy with the way I look and feel and am ready to do something about it.
This blog will serve as a way for me share my weight loss experiences (the good, bad, and ugly) over the coming months and years. I am going to create albums to document my weight loss pre/post surgery and include some on this blog as well.
I am a very friend, open person, so please feel free to drop on by to say hi or ask me anything you want.
