WAITING... I received a call from my surgeon's office, and my file is officially sent.  Now the definite 4 - 5 week wait.  Prayerfully, they will approve more quickly and on the 1st time.  But the wait has been already beneficial as I have met  great people on this site. 

October 14th
I have a case number. Yea!  My surgeon's staff has been incredible, and I am very grateful to them for all their assistance.

I am waiting for approval from my insurance company.  It has been a long process, but I am praying there are no glitches.
