Moving Slowly, but still moving

I'm approaching week 7 on Monday and I've learned I'm a slow loser :) I'm still trying to find the right combo of calories and carbs for adequate weightloss but the scale is still moving down, it's just doing it slower than i would like. I think we all experience this in one way or another. nevertheless, I'm encouraged and I love how the sleeve helps me with my biggest issue, portion control. There is no bingeing or huge plates on this new way of life and eating for me and I'm grateful.
