"He openly discussed his own recent banding procedure during our seminar... I liked that he would be able to relate from personal experience. His information packets were very thorough, as was the entire seminar. He seemed approachable with a sense of humor and integrity. I was very impressed with his staff- two of them took extra time to talk with me at great lengths... answering questions, sharing their own personal stories and pictures. His program fee includes 2 yrs aftercare at no additional cost. This applies if there are any complications also. He did discuss the risks in great detail & I feel comfortable at how low the risks are for banding procedures.Most all his staff members have had a band procedure also- so they can really relate. They have dietitians on staff as well as Nurses and personal trainers and an gym. "
