Weight gain over last 17 years following RNY

please, I am seeking help after going from 313 down to 189 and now sitting at 236 17 years after RNY Surgery in August 2001 at Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.  I totally feel like a failure and at age of 59 feel so totally hopeless.  I had surgery performed by GIsselle Hammel from Dr. Schaur’s office.
