Nausea med just before surgery?

My nutritionist mentioned me getting an anti nausea Rx called in. She referred to it as the most expensive pill I'd ever take. 1 pill=$100. She said she highly recommended i pick it up though bc patients who didn't suffered extreme vomiting after the procedure. I'm getting VSG and could damage the stapling. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever been given that pill and if it was worth it. 

My insurance won't cover it I'm sure!
