Day 2 post opt suggestions?

Day 2 post op. I'm still in shock that I did it! I was in and out the same day which scared me. Didn't feel too nauseous and certainly not hungry. I've purchased some EnsureActive which is a great break from the shakes! I'm so sore and can't sleep much sitting up. I've walked SOOOO much!! The gas pain is not as constant. it isn't until today that I even considered putting anything but regular water in my system. I caught a cold so that sucks. I haven't really needed the pain meds throughout the day. At night I take it so the codein can help me sleep. Other than that, it's just fatigue. 

Anyone have any sleeping recommendations and ways to get in and out of bed? I'm paranoid about a leakage. What about the stitches and dermabond?
