My son was driving me to work today and well I almost told him about my decision. I know he will be happy for me. I don't know why it's so hard for me to tell them. I know if I don't say anything to them until time for the surgery they are going to be very upset with me.  Maybe I will sit them all down tonight and inform them of my decision.  I just feel so scared when I think about telling them, that I chicken out. They all jknow I don't like being overweight and that I don't feel great about myself.
