"I use this product and found t will work well for postop. It comes in several flavors: Very Berry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cookies and Cream, and a brand new Latte', I will update you as to the flavor of that one as well. They are all fantastic and you can also purchase an extra protien additive which has no flavor but adds 5g of protein per tablespoon. I add 2 so I don't get hungry between shakes. They also have vitamin suppliments but they are rather large pills so postop you might have t break them down, not sure though."
