That number is just as shocking to me as it is to you. 254.4 :( it's crazy yet I now how I got there when just a month or two ago I was at 230, or even this morning when I was at 250.4. Bad decisions and not following the rules. Why have I let myself get there again? 10 more pounds and I'll be exactly where I was when I began this journey. No one is more disappointed in me then "ME", it sucks to have people who I thought were my support group look down on me because I'm not doing as good as I'm suppose to. So what do I do from here? i could just take the easy route and quit. Or I could show everyone that I'm much stronger then what they think.
So I'm off again to a new start.....

Hello Everyone,
So it's been 4 wks since I had my surgery and so far everything is going well. I've lost a total of 30lbs and I'm currently at 235lbs. Today I had my first fill done. It was pretty cool seeing my lap band and the port thru x-ray. It didn't hurt or feel weird like I thought it would.

Surgery today at 9 am.
I'm very nervous and scared.
