Dori, I am wishing you a successful, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having done it several years sooner. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you begin your healthy new life.

Dori, I am so sorry for ever giving you a hard time about this surgery. I know you just wanted to lose the weight. I thought you could do something else, instead of this drastic step. I am so glad that you and Martin got married and h got you on his insurance. I am so glad that we found out now all the things that are wrong with you, than finding out to late. I love you. I am going to be there for you whenever you need me. You are my sister, my friend, and a pain in my butt, but you are cherished in my heart. I am praying at for you, as always.
