Progressing to DS surgery

Went to my Bariatric Surgeon last week and had my consult for my DS surgery. He had delayed that part on my original surgery due to concerns with my liver. Have gotten the green light from the GI doctor that my liver will be fine with the surgery. We are hoping to have it done by Memorial Day providing the insurance company doesn't delay things. Am excited and a little nervous. Remember what it was like just after my VSG. Expect it will be interesting learning the new changes to my body after this surgery. Just uploaded pictures from just before my first surgery and one of my most recent. Did not realize how much I changed until I seen them side-by-side. As I have only lost 1/2 my weight, will be interesting to see all three together after I have lost the rest. (And after by body sculpting)

My surgeon informed me that my before and after diet will be like the one I had before. Would appreciate any and all tips and suggestions from ones that have had a duodenal switch whether seperately or paired with another procedure. I strive to be educated by professionals and ones who have actually experienced what I am about to go through. Thanks to all who have taken a moment to help.
