Tonight I had the privilege of speaking at the local support group for bariatric surgery patients and prospects. It was fun because the audience participated a lot. We primarily discussed emotional eating. We talked about the importance of making healthy choices whenever you eat, regardless of what is going on or how you feel. What you put in your mouth is always a choice and feeling sad, hurt, angry or bored doesn't change that. It is SIMPLE but not EASY. That's why we all need support from one another!n Carry on... one healthy choice after the next!
