The latest update!!!

Wow it has been 3 months since I last posted.  Well here's an update.  I have completed all of my nutrition classes, my last one was Nov. 4, 2009...Nicole Chase was so awesome.  Thanks!    I also had to go see the Cardiologist again to get an updated Cardio Clearance for the hospital.  He asked me if anything had changed, I told him no and he said that there shouldn't be any reason he can't clear me for surgery again.  So he did another EKG and everything was fine so he cleared me again right there in the office.

Let see, I had all my paperwork from all the necessary doctor's and classes so all we were waiting on the the six months to be up.  I went to Dr.Green's WLS seminar on Nov.11, 09 and I actually got a chance to talk to Dr. Green to find out what happens next. He told me that all they were wanting on was all on the required paperwork and then they should be calling me to schedule my surgery. So guess what...I officially have a date for surgery now...yippeeeeeeee. 

.  Talk about being excited...well I am.  I have been fighting and fighting to get this surgery done for many years now and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.  I now when it get closer to my actually date, I will probably start to get nervous.  But that is expected with any surgery.  Alright then...I know that was a lot to take in.  But I will keep you all posted up until the big day.  Take Care!
