Choo, choo, all aboard the weight loss train

Hello all, well I meet Susan the dietitian on 3/3/09, she was pretty cool. My plan is to eat 3 means for a total of 2000 calories, that was easier said than done.

My goals:
For the next 4 months, lose a pound a week and a total of 40-50 pounds before submitting my paperwork to insurance. My insurance must see me make an effort.
Work out for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I just joined the Aquatics center and I have been swimming.
Low Fat food
Low sugar foods
No snacking
