My name is Melanie, im scheduled to have surgery 8/1/18. I'm getting really nervous. I have to lose 10 lbs before surgery. I have so many questions. How long will i be in the hospital? How long will i be oit of work? What do eat when i can eat? Im use to eating foods that are not healthy like fast food. I want to be healthy and teach my kids and grandbabies to eat healthy to, I have sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and swelling of my feet so bad, it makes it hard for me to work. Ahh Im getting so nervous now I have surgery date.
