Salad - How long did most of you have to wait to enjoy salad again?  My NUT said 6 months.  I had lap band and revised to RNY 10/29/2013.  I actually miss salad!

New Protein Bar - I just found these protein bars at Target the other day- Think Thin.  There are pretty tasty!  I'm sure they have been around for awhile, but I have never seen them!
