"Very, very, very nice guy. Down to earth. Very comfortable to be around. He knows what he is doing. He has a lot of experience under his belt. My first impression of him was good. It's because he is so friendly. I went and watched one of his seminars. When I went for my pre-op appointment, he remembered me. I think that is great. His staff is amazing. I barely had to do anything. They took care of things so well. Anytime I had questions, they had no problem answering them. He is so good about explaining everything to you and answering your questions. He even provided plenty of other ways of obtaining information on the procedure and the aftercare. So far I give him a 9.5 on a 10 scale. We'll see how he is after my surgery and so on. "
