I need some motivation!

I need some motivation! I workout two hours five days a week and do not mind it one bit.  However, when it comes to food I make bad choices. Do I drink water? No!
Do I eat enough protein? No! Do I take my vitamins? No! Do I eat healthy foods? No! Do I go to support groups? No! Do I keep eating even when I am full? Yes! Do I snack all day? Yes! Do I drink when I eat? Yes! Do I eat slowly? No! Do I lose weight? No! The only weight I've lost has been hair weight because my hair just keeps falling out!
