Let's see how the next few weeks go. cut out the sour cream, ice cream and lots of carbs.... seem to be having better luck maintaining.

watching carbs, fried foods, etc. Weight is going up slightly and I seem to be hovering close to 230. Need to get my set point back down to 225/

I am going no carb and no alchohol for the week and see where I end up. Its time to identify what is keeping me from getting down under 220. Will check in daily.

hovering around 227.... time to cut back on the bad stuff (junk, fried, booze) and hit the gym, and get back down to 220 again. Goodbye for today.
I am bouncing around 220 which is great, but...

hit 220, then 219, back to 221, 223, down to 222.... and so on. Decieded to start working out to see if I can push below 220 for good.

these last 20lbs, seems to be the hardest to battle.... I am back on track to hit 220 by end of this week.

I would like to see 219 and maintain around the 220 mark going forward. We'll see what the weekend brings.... always seems to be my downfall.... too much rich food and drink.

thanks to the band.... I can adjust to a slight gain quickly.... pretty cool. Now, if I can just make that push to get down under 220.
