back down under 225

first of the year.... sitting right on 230

need to get set point down to 225

no carb / no booze

jumped back up to the high 220s `

I am bouncing around 220 which is great, but...

still working on getting to 220

hit 222 this morning.... and heading for 220 with a vengeance

got back under 225 and now.... heading to 220!
