I forget to tell you I was 220 lbs at time of surgery, I lost 96 lbs, gain back about 30 and now I am losing again and I'm about 10 lbs from my goal. 

Actually, I almost 17 monthst post surgery and I have gained back amost 10 lbs in the last few weeks due to medications and that really scares me.  I'm also eating more often than I use to and I don't want old habits to return and the 86 lbs to return.  I had lost a total of 96 lbs the beginning of June.  HELP!  I am a stress eater and I'm trying to find ways to make that go away.
