Hey Rosie! How ya feeling, girl? I read about your surgery experience. Sounds alot like mine! Anyway, it's so funny, though...it's like it never happened. I hardly ever think about that day. Eveyday seems better and better...I've almost lost 60 pounds already! It's completly unbelievable! I feel like a new woman! I'm down to size 14 pants and large shirts (as opposed to 20 pants and size 2X in shirts.) Anyway...wondering how your parents are treaten' ya? Are they being supportive and encouraging? Remember...it's all about how YOU feel about YOU. And it sounds like, you're feeling pretty good! You GO GIRL! Talk to you soon! Jody

Hey girly!!! WOW...4 more days!!!! YIPEEEE...I'm so excited for you! Yah, enjoy your last supper (lol). I had mongolian BBQ all you can eat. hehehe...it's so funny, thou...I don't miss that. Eating is so different. I think about whats going in my body and how it will benifit me. Protein first, green veggies 2nd, and a fruit next, then my carb. By the time I'm done eating that, I'm full. It's amazing how I feel! 46 pounds is a lot of weight to lose. My knees and hips don't hurt when I walk and I'm now running on the tred mill! OMG!!! What's up with that??? Anyway, I'll be thinking of you on Wednesday. You'll do fine! Please keep us posted, ok? Talk to you soon, Jody
