I am almost 10 months and I have dropped 105 lbs.I have been on this plateau for about two weeks. I have been seriously thinking about going back to phase one to get this plateau to move.

Well I am on the otherside my surgery went very well. I had no problems with surgery. My first week home I started walking all lst week I walked half a mile each day. I went to the dr's office this past Monday 3/10, He took my stitches out and moved me up to soft solids. I had lost 21lbs as of 10 days. This week I bumped it up I am walking 1 mile each day. If you had asked me two months ago about walking I would have broke out laughing. Now I feel funny if I miss walking. It rained here on Monday could not get out and walk I felt funny. I also need to find a work out that I could do in house when this happens. I see the Dr again in four weeks Iam sure I will be on solids by then.Can't wait to see how much I will have lost by then.

Well my surgery date is set. Now I am having mixed emotions. One side of me is excited and the other side is frightened. My date is Feb 27th.
