I am so sorry I have not kept up with my page. I promise in the new it will be better. My mind as well as my body, I am sure you all know has been going through so many phases.I am almost 10 months and I have dropped 105 lbs.I have been on this plateau for about two weeks. I have been seriously thinking about going back to phase one to get this plateau to move.
