So went for my consultation on the 18 and was very pleased with the surgeon and the information I received. Today the nurse called me and told me I have everything I need for surgery except a few labs, x-rays, and a few other things. With that said i am going to be having my surgery the first week in February, I am SO EXCITED!!!!!!

11/9/10 So I am new to this OH site, and I am looking for new friends. I have alot of questions, I need all the input I can get.
I have not been approved for my surgery yet, I dont even have my first appointment (the consultaion) until the 18 of this month. I am excited and scared all at the same time.
I currently weigh about 288 and not happy, so my goal is to be 135, healthy and happy. I have not been big my whole life, I was acutally a very thin girl at one time. But I had kids and life happened. I am a single mother of 2 wonderful boys that are my life, they complete me. I want to be able to do more things with my kids. I have dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. So please invite me to be your friend, I am looking forward to it. Thank you & God bless

What is the best way to tighten up the loose skin (I know exercising is the best way) but what else. Also how do you get rid of the strech marks.
