"I was very impressed the first time I met him. He is straight forward and to the point. He answers all of your questions but he doesn't make you feel like you're rushing him. He gives these seminars and you meet with him one on one on the day of the seminar. You can also do your psych eval and your nutrition consult all in the same day (if you don't have anything else to do). He does everything he can to get the surgery done for you. He knows a lot about insurance and will tell you everything you need for their approval. He is always available to you. All you have to do is e-mail him and he will get back with you the same day. It's really nice to have a doctor you can talk to if you have any concerns about anything."
"Most of the Nursre's were great. The major problrems I had were with this one night shift nurse. He was an older guy and he just seemed to not want to be there. It took him forever to assess me and whenever I called for help it took him 30 minutes or more to finally make it to my room. I did have a couple of nurses that were really great. Everybody else was OK."
