The PA told Terrell that they may have to do his surgery open because he is apple shaped and weighs over 450. He was nervous about that......So while sitting here today waiting for a call from the hospital with his check-in time for tomorrow, the doctors office called and said they need to move his surgery to Monday 11/24. They said they need the "A" team in the OR with his surgery, and they will not be there tomorrow.....
So I'm sure his nerves are even worse...and he is getting on my last nerve!!!! 
He is cranky since doing this diet....I am trying to stay away from him....heheheheheheheheheheheheAntehoo...yall pray for him!!

Terrell started his 10 day diet today. He is trying to be a "maverick" lmao!!!! He is supposed to do a meal replacement protein shake for breakfast. For lunch and dinner he is supposed to have 1/2 of meal replacement, 2-4 oz. of lean meat and 1/2 of steamed veggies. Snacks, jello, sugar free/low fat yogurt, protein bars, broth or sugar free popsicles.
Today, he did a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch. Thats all!!! Then he went to work, and took a protein bar with him. He works an hour away, and he is a captain at a prison 
I said clown, you gon be HUNGRY when you get off tonight.... he wont get home until about 11-11:30.
Anyway, his surgery is tentatively scheduled for 11/21. (as long as blood work comes back clear)
I am doing well! I drove today!!! 
I went and picked up my children from school, and went to the Neighborhood Wally. I had some pain in my incision that is right up under the Big one....and that actually made me tired!!! lol. My protein goal is 90, and I have been doing about 81. I think thats pretty good. I havent been hungry, but I get head hunger, I guess thats what it is....I almost think the doctor didn't do me a small pouch 
, but I aint testing it!!!

I am VERY tired. This diet has been hard......I had to have a tooth pulled Friday, and the meds, along with the protein shakes are taking a toll on a sistah!!!
I also think the diabetic medication is making my blood sugar too low, therefore draining my energy.....
Well, this is it, I will update when I get back!!

My date is still on for 11/3, so far..... I went to my 10 day diet class today, and I start that tomorrow. So I am on my way to a Thai Restaurant to eat my "last supper" lol.....My husband got a call today saying he has some kind of bacteria in his stomach, so they are treating him with some 14 day meds, and he will get re-tested, and hopefully they will only have to push his surgery back a week.....That's what the doctors office said

The tentative date for me is 11/3, and my hubby is 2 weeks later 11/17. I know its close, but my RN friend has already volunteered her time 
, and my folks got the kiddos

WOO HOOOO!!!!! I got approved!!! YEAH!!!!! I have my pre-op appt on Oct. 1 or Oct. 9, I will find out for sure tomorrow!!! They submitted my husband and my paperwork to the insurance company at the same time, however the insurance doesn't have his request 
. The insurance is in my name, and we have the same policy number. So what we think happened is they got the request, and saw the same name (last name) and same policy number, and the same surgery request, and deleted/trashed his . So the doctors office is resubmitting his info! I am so excited!!I had been depressed the last few days. I had a birthday
on Monday 9/22, and it was less than great!! Not because I am getting older, I thank God for being here, it was just a sucky day. 
But I got GREAT news today!!!
