Trouble drinking protien shakes

Hi there, 

I had surgery on 9/2 and have lost a total of 30lbs since I started the liquid diet prior to surgery on 8/19. I have drank the Premier Protien Shakes for weeks and after surgery but just this last week, I am having a tough time getting them down. I feel nauseas after having one. Anyone else had this issue? And what did you drink/eat to get in your protien instead?
