I don't even know if anyone will read this. However, I am going to blog anyway!
I'm a 32 yr old wife and mother of two beautiful little girls. I have been over weight for most of my adult life. The highest being right now. I currently weigh 245 pds at 5'1" I am WAY overweight. Since the birth of my second daughter (which was 7 1/2 months ago, I have been changing my eating habits and working out. Well, 6 months later I have only lost 12 pds, I say only because I have totally changed the way that I have been eating and living not to mention working out.
So, last week I talked with my doctor and he refered me to doctor spaulding at Fletcher allen in burlington.
I haven't recieved a call from her office yet, but I can't wait until I do!
Anyway, thats it for now...until later.
