5 weeks out today

Chicken is bad.  I have tried it several different ways and it is bad I vomit every time.  I have gone back to semi soft foods so I can give my pouchy a break.  I love chicken, but I think I will wait weeks before I even touch it again.  It may not have been the chicken it may have been me eating too fast because I was at work, so I have to stick to yougart like consistencys @ work and protien shakes, and forget trying to eat food.  I do better with food @ home when I can take my time.  (I rarely get a break at work let alone a lunch hour).  I have been trying to increase my fluids because I wake up feeling so dry.  I am still pretty tired, but seem to have more energy everyday.  I have a lot of school work to do this week, the rough draft of my research paper is due, and I haven't touched it in two weeks, so I will haved to buck down and get to work on it tomorrow,  I am going to the zoo on wensday and then thursday I have to go shopping for the stuff my best friends baby shower.  then back to work for friday and saturday.  I have been reading the Beck diet solution trying to get to the bottom of this eating issue so by the time I can eat differently I have delt with the emotional side of the obesity.  Saturday night at work I was able to talk with my co-worker Robin who also had this surgery with the same surgeon, she goes for her tummy tuck in september, she is 2 years out and her weight has stablized @ 156, she looks great.  She gave me some important pointers and encouragement.  Well I guess that is all for now, I am very tired today I only slep like 4 hours today and 5 yesterday, I will prolly go to bed early, and get up early tomorrow!
