Been cleared to resume normal diet minus the breads, rice, and pasta, which I dont have much of appetite for these days. This makes eaing a whole lot stressful.

 I haven't been getting my protein in at all, and now I can truly see the benefits of supplementation. I'm  weaker, colder, and over all I have no strength and not to mention I have a terrible cold :(  So I went ahead and ordered the Nectar sample packs from this website and tomorrow I will go to Vitamin Shoppe and see if the carry Isopure RTD protein. Tomorrow is my second follow up visit with my surgeon and I'm afraid to even get on the scale. I'm not eating enough etc. I'm sure I'm not losing the amount of weight I'm suppose to. *sigh* I'm so frustrated with myself.  Too much shit is going on right now and instead of taking care of myself I'm worry about BS. Turning a new leaf this week. I have to do this.  I CANNOT FAIL!

I went back to work today.  Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since I was sleeved. I feel good.  A lot of stuff going on in my life is somewhat affecting my recovery and how I use food as comfort so I'm making a ton of changes to improve my life condition. I'm just so paraniod that I'm not going to do well with this tool, but I need to be patient and follow the plan.

 So I was sleeved yesterday. I woke up in recovery wondering why I did this. Lol. I was in a lot of Pain, but today I feel so much better. Thanks for all the love and the encouragement. You guys are awesome. 

WOW!!!

 6 days until my surgery. I'm getting a little anxious now.

 It's day 2 of my liquid diet and I've already had enough. only 12 more days to go til surgery, *sigh* I'm ready for this.

That's the day i'm getting sleeved.

I am speechless..

 I called and talked to a respresenative. They said it takes up to 15 business days to get an answer. I'm a nervous wreck. But I know all will go well in my favor.  

This is worse than waiting for a boy to call me. LOL
