"My first impression of Dr. Hardcastle was \"wow, she is thin and tiney and I don't know how she is going to do my surgery\". She sat down and talked with me and seemed very confident of what her expectations where for me and herself as the physician. That was really reassuring. The office staff have been very pleasant to me. It is never hectic when I arrive for my appointments and I don't have a long wait time. Any of my many needs that I have had since the surgery with filling out paper work for FMLA or Short term disablity have been done with no questions asked and I never imagined that I would need all of the forms I have had to have filled out but each time I present them with one it gets filled out and returned to me ASAP. That is really great because I know of Doctor offices that charge you for everything they fill out and I have not been charged a thing. I will see my doc next week for my aftercare program and I am excited about that as well. I feel that I chose a very qualified and skillful doctor and practice and that when someone choses a doctor they feel a bond with that person. There needs to be a feeling that your doctor is going to do the best thing for you and that you can count on him or her to continue to see you through this process."
