Wow... I always wondered how people could forget to get on here or not post anything. Well, I guess now I know. Time flies by so fast when you become this active and busy. I have lost a total of 320 lbs. in 18 months. Life is so much greater and cheaper for that matter now that I have lost all this weight. I have been approved Abdominoplasty. I believe that's what they call it anyway. I just have to save up enough money for the deductible. Either way this has been one heck of an experience.

Well, It's been a year since surgery. I have lost 292 lbs. It's amazing!!!!
I'm hardly ever on here because I'm never sitting still long enough. Life has truly become something worth living. I feel blessed and am very thankful.
Time to get rid of some skin!!!!!!!

This morning I weighed in at 346. Exactly 200 lbs. lost in just over 6 months. It's getting harder to lose weight now days, so I truly have to buckle down with my exercising and watching what I eat. I used to think the surgery would cover everything I needed to do. I didn't think  I would have to read lables anymore. Big thing is stay away from ALL SWEETS. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Read your LABLES and stay away from calories,sugars, and fat. All bad.

Things are still going great. I have lost a total of 196 lbs. in my first 6 months . I feel GREAT , I look GREAT, & I'm very happy with my life. Things could not be better. Hope all you guys are having similar success.

Well it's been a lil while since I posted anything.I have lost a grand total of 153 lbs. in just under 4 months. I feel great and I feel healthy. Life has drastically changed so much for me. I would have never guessed I would be where I am today. I'm still dating a beautiful ,wonderful woman. Thank God she had the nerve to ask me out,I WAS STILL PRETTY SHY.She is a great inspiration. I still workout almost everyday. I have gone down 3 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes. I will add some pictures when I get home tonight. The before and after so far pictures are staggering.Out of this world crazy. If you read these post and your wondering if you should have the surgery. STOP! Just do it. Don't waste any more time. GET "R" DONE

Well time just seems to be flying bye. I have lost a total of 127 lbs. It's just amazing to me to say that. I'm sure it will slow down drastically here real soon, but I'll ride it as far as it will take me. Any way I'll try and keep posting and maybe somebody will actually read this.
