2 months out! (5/22/2010)

Down 57 lbs and feeling great!   It's a little frustrating at times, because I'm losing just like my husband did: 1-2 weeks with ZERO weight loss, then I'll lose 10 lbs the next week. I know I've gotta back away from the scale.

I'm drinking about 50-60 oz of water per day and eat 3 times per day, about 2 oz of lean meat per meal, total of 80 grams of protein with my shake.
