40 days after surgery

What a difference 40 days makes....   I have completely turned around from my first initial pre-surgery feelings and now cannot imagine what my life would have been like, had I not gone through with the lap band procedure.  I have lost 30 lbs. since starting my pre-surgery liquid diet on April 8th... I feel fantastic!

My meals are small, three times a day, about a cup or so each.  I do not snack in between meals -- but I am not hungry!  I am so happy I made the decision to grab onto life with both hands!
