Appointment with Family Doctor

I had my appointment at my Primary Care office and Heather (the PA who I usually see now) was AWESOME! She was so supportive and made me feel so great about my decision. She said that she would write a letter on my behalf and that she would do anything I needed her to do to get it approved with my insurance. She went ahead and ordered all of the labs and tests that my surgeons office requested so that I would be able to get through the process quicker. She also encouraged me not to give up no matter what it takes. I felt so good about my decision. Oh yeah, she also said that she knows the surgeon I chose and that she feels he is the best in the area and that I made the best decision by going with him. I really feel so good about moving forward. Will keep posting because reading the posts of people who have been through all of this is so helpful.
