Weight loss jump started

So I did 2 weeks of liquids only.  Basically it was protein shakes, sugarfree gelatin and sugarfree popsicles.  I had a few days where I went off it.  One good reason and one not so good.  My blood sugar dropped to 47 so I had food to raise my level.  The other reason was I found out that my insurance was being cancelled because I'm over the income limit (from my disability payments).  I felt frustrated, so I ate.  Obviously, I'm a stress eater.  But I found another insurance carrier and started back on the liquid diet.  I lost 25 pounds.  Now I'm eating a high portein, low carb diet.  Its nice to have real food.  I eat less than 1400 cal per day.  But exercising is my obstacle because of my back pain.  Most days I can barely get out of bed.  I got a puppy so that keeps me more active than before..  I just hope I'm doing enough to continue to lose weight.  I know it will not be 25 pounds.  I just want a lower number than the previous.
