rescheduled

my consultation was rescheduled to today. i met with my surgeon who said he remembered me from the seminar back in November. i was able to set up my tentative surgery date- 4/10/15, assuming i can complete my requirements by 3/27/15. i have scheduled my nutritionist evaluation and required preop class both on 2/25/15. i just need to schedule my psych evaluation and then all that will be left is to submit wait for approval and preop blood work within 30 days of my surgery.
